By hiring our Yorkshire wedding venue, you will be holding your wedding in a beautiful and exclusive rural location. The 6 acre site together with the marquee gives you the space and flexibility to be as creative as you like in developing your rural wedding theme.

Our wedding venue is unique. Guests will sweep down the drive past our farmhouse and see the stunning trapeze marquee centre-stage in the field and shaded by oak trees. Most of all you will have space: space to build on your wedding theme, plenty of space for guests to mingle or play or relax, plenty of space to park cars and there is even space for your own private campsite.
But you will also get a stunning location and privacy to enjoy your wedding your way – if you don’t mind our cows having a peak at the proceedings.
You don’t need to worry about the Great British Weather: although the venue is only available in the summer we are still prepared – our marquees are large enough for everyone to take cover if there is a shower or you need some shade.
Not only are they visually stunning, but our Trapeze Marquees are completely sealed when the window and solid walls are connected. Best of both worlds – beauty and reliability! They come with a choice of clear or plain side walls that are detachable or can be clipped up and then zipped back down to adapt to our changing climate. And as you party-away into the evening the lights come on, providing a sense of magic.

When you hire our wedding venue we like to be able to provide you with anything you need. We have 10 years expertise of setting up marquees and working with couples to organise their wedding (and we’ve recently hosted our daughter’s too.) But we don’t tie you to our suppliers – we are happy to work with whoever you want to book. Hiring Oak Tree Farm gives you almost endless opportunities to explore rustic wedding themes and we love to help!

Modular Marquees
Our modular trapeze marquees can accommodate up to 240 guests comfortably. We offer a floor planning service and site visits so that your marquee layout is perfect for your needs.
Luxury Styling
We can arrange everything you need to make the marquee perfect: a dance floor, tables, chairs, heaters, carpets, lighting, chill-out furniture and interior decor to name a few.
Posh Loos
We don’t forget the toilets. We ensure plenty of posh loos are available as part of your wedding package, making sure that the setting might be rural but the facilities are definitely not!
We can tailor make you a package to suit all your requirements or alternatively point you in the right direction for you to make your own arrangements.

Where to Stay
If you have booked us as your wedding venue, chances are you love the outdoors. So, why not extend that passion overnight and stay on-site with us? Hire in these lovely bell tents and make your own glamping village or set up your own tents or caravans for the night.
For those guests who prefer to have a roof over their heads, we have a list of local accommodation, ranging from self-catering cottages to hotels. Just ask us for a list.
Getting here
Most people travel to the venue by car and there is ample free parking on-site, although some wedding parties arrive in style. If you would like a few drinks and are staying off-site we can recommend local taxi services for you and you can leave your car safely overnight for collection the next day.
